At Aliherbshop, we strive to ensure your package arrives securely, discreetly, and completely intact. Because we specialize in advanced clinical skincare solutions, acne treatments, and therapeutic apothecaries, we enforce highly specific transactional protocols to balance regulatory consumer safety requirements with absolute delivery protections.
RESTRICTED Product Conditions
To preserve essential hygiene and clinical compliance benchmarks, we cannot accept returns or process monetary exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used skincare gels, tretinoin items, or traditional balms. All clinical distributions are final once the protective manufacturer seals are breached.
PROTECTED Transit Damage
We stand completely behind our international logistics infrastructure. If an order arrives with structural damages, leaked topicals, or broken seals due to carrier mishandling, we coordinate an expedited, completely free product reshipment allocation to safeguard your care continuity.
GUARANTEED Discrepancy Fixes
Our sorting desk performs strict batch checks. If you receive a product concentration, brand alternative, or volume variance that does not perfectly match your formal checkout invoice statements, notify our support desk immediately to initiate a clean correction path.

Refund & Returns Quick Search Directory
What happens if my skincare package is seized or held by import customs?
We declare and label all packages precisely to keep handling smooth. In rare cases where a delivery is turned back or seized by customs, our desk steps in to arrange a completely free alternative reshipment.
How long does it take for a refund to process back to my account?
Once a standard refund request is formally approved by our support staff, the processing gateway executes financial collection reversals within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your banking provider’s layout.
Can I cancel an order before it leaves the distribution center?
Yes. If you need to cancel an item or change your address, contact our team within 12 hours of payment. Once a package is packed and processed by international logistics lines, we cannot stop or change the shipment route.
Who covers the shipping cost for approved replacement items?
If an exchange or replacement is approved due to shipping damage, custom holds, or a sorting mistake on our end, Aliherbshop covers 100% of the priority tracking air shipping fees.
